Parking 

We do have free customer parking at the back of the premises, this is on a first come first serve basis.

Please use the side road park view and follow this to the back of the building. Please only park on the lefthand side, near the fence. There is also parking bays at the front of the salon, on the main road, which does incur a small fee.

Children & Pets 

We are an adult only salon, to maintain a calm and professional environment for all our clients,

we kindly ask that no children or pets accompany you to the salon.

Relaxation Lounge 

Our new relaxation lounge addition coming this November is the perfect area to relax before or after you treatment session with us. To preserve the peaceful atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask that your observe the following: 

Silence: Please speak softly or remain quite to honour the tranquillity of the space.

Phones & Devices : Kindly switch to silent mode and refine from calls, messaging or photos.

Respect the shared space : Keep personal belongings tidy and be mindful of others enjoying their moment of calm. 

Rest, reflect & reset : Use this time for peaceful breathing, reading or quite reflection.

Refreshments : Enjoy light beverages provided in the designated refreshment area. Outside food and drink is not permitted.

Time Mindfulness : Please be aware of your treatment time and allow others the opportunity to enjoy the lounge. Do not exceed your time allowance of 30 minutes per visit. 

Wellness First - If you feel unwell, please inform a member of the team so we can assist you discreetly. 

This is your sanctuary - Breath deeply, Slow down, and allow yourself to simply be.

Private Consultation Suite

Our dedicated consultation suite, is designed to provide a private and professional setting thoughtfully designed for our platinum guests to provide a serene and discreet environment for discussing your personalized treatment journey. We take the time to understand your goals and concerns, helping you choose the best plan to make your desired treatments accessible and stress free. Lounge at the bar or sink into a comfy chair, while we take care of  the rest.

Discretion & Privacy

The salon is highly honoured to welcome distinguished guests who value their privacy, while spending time with us.

We kindly ask all clients to refrain from photography or any activity that may compromise their comfort and discretion.

All therapists uphold the highest standards of discretion for every client.

All visits and personal details are strictly confidential.

Important Cancer Information

Terminal cancer (including skin cancer) = We require a doctors letter permitting you to have all treatments. 

Active cancer (including skin cancer and undergoing treatment) = No treatments are permitted, during this time.

Cancer in remission (including skin cancer) = We require a doctors letter permitting treatments, please see each individuals brand policy we work with, that also applies.

Crystal Clear (Including all machine face & body treatments) = 5 YEARS 

Dermalogica Advanced Treatments = 6 MONTHS

​​Pregnancy Risks ​

Under 12 Weeks Pregnant = No treatments are permitted.

Over 12 Weeks Pregnant = Low Risk = All Treatments Permitted or Adapted. 

Medium or High Risk = We require a doctors letter permitting you to have treatments. 

 

Surgical  Procedures 

Caesarean Section Surgery = No treatments are permitted, until the healing process is fully complete.

8 weeks min is required.

All Other Surgeries = No treatments are permitted, until the healing process is fully complete. 

​

​You will be required to fill in a medical consultation form in person before your treatment is carried out.

Failure to do this will result in your treatment cancellation and the full payment due.
